How I Looked Like a Panda Clown for 20 Minutes, AKA Etude House Cherry Lips and Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Eye Patch ~ Super Quick Review

Hi again!

Today I’m doing a quick review of two products. The Etude House Cherry Lip Patch, and the Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Eye Patch.

untitled-5

The patches I got in the mail today. I opted for the Etude House one to try first.

The Tony Moly Panda’s Dream Eye Patches! I wasn’t expecting much from these, but I was impressed! They made my under-eye circles (which I have had all my life) look less prominent and made my eye area look brighter as well as making the under eye area hydrated.

The patches came stuck together with a plastic mesh.. thing in the middle. Not sure why…

My lips… Not that much different, but they did feel softer.

Hello again!

Sorry again for the photos… I plan on getting a better setup soon.

Today I’m going to look at the Etude House Moistfull Super Collagen Ampoule Essence Set (phew!).

Here is how it arrives – presented in a nice peachy coloured gradient box.

The ingredients list in English.

And here is what you get inside! A face mask, cream, ampoule, and skin patch test (not sure what this means exactly – perhaps to test for allergies?)

The product looks to be a serum like liquid with a fruity and floral smell. The scent is quite light.

These are the test patches. Not sure how to use these…?

Circle Lens Review ~ GEO Bella Special Brown BS-204 Contact Lenses ~ IWantCute.com

Hi!

I got some lenses in the post today. I was super excited to try them out as I have never tried circle lenses before. I had normal contacts for a bit, so I knew how to put them in and take care of them – if you’re thinking of getting circle lenses, please see an optician first! It’s important to know how to take care of any kind of contact lens. It is going in your eye after all! 😉

I bought these lenses from the website www.iwantcute.com.

They are based in the UK (London I beleive) and also sell other accessories on their online shop, such as false eyelashes and hair dye!

I ordered these late at night three days ago, and they only took two days to arrive!

The lenses come in two glass vials – one for each lens. They are well sealed with a metal cap, so be prepared to work to get them out – I didn’t mind this as I know they were authentic and sealed properly. They also come with an authenticity sticker that you can check on the GEO website.

I really like these lenses! They make my eyes look darker (naturally they are grey / blue). And of course, bigger! The initial effect was a little creepy because I am so used to seeing my eyes at a normal size. The lenses are the smallest circle lenses available (AFAIK) at 14mm.

Psst… I am also wearing my Etude House CC Cream in these photos!

Overall I was impressed with the company I purchased them from. They include a free contact lens case with every order, and a free gift! They were quick to pick and dispatch my order, so no complaints there.

I’ll definitely buy from IWantCute again, I can see my circle lens collection growing a lot soon!

~Etude House~ Correct & Care 8-in-1 CC Cream in Glow Review

Hi!

So here is my first review on this blog!

Today I will be looking at the ~Etude House~ Correct & Care 8-in-1 CC Cream in Glow. (Sorry if the photos aren’t great, I’m still getting used to my camera!)

DSC_0164

The cream comes in a lovely box. The box says that the cream has 8 benefits in one, which are:

  • Anti-Aging
  • Stress releif
  • Hydration
  • Whitening
  • Sun protection
  • Tone up
  • Smooth Texture
  • Luminosity

When applying this to my face for the first time, it certainly made me look paler / reduced the redness slightly. It also gave me a dewy finish.

The cream itself is in a pretty pink pearlescent tube.

DSC_0166

The tube has a pump on the end, meaning it’s probably a little more hygienic! I like this feature…

Here is the cream unblended – it comes out a sort of grey / silver / white colour.

DSC_0169

Slightly blended…

Completely blended in – you can see the reduction in redness on my hand compared to the lower portion of my hand.

The product has a nice scent – slightly fruity and flowery but not overpowering.

Have you tried this product? What did you think?
